Spherical shape SiO2 powder is synthesized with the emulsion method, presented in this article. A lot of experiments are done after the study of the industrial factors affecting on the spherical SiO2 powder.Firstly from raw materials whether that is influence to processes of producing the spherical SiO2 fine powder. The diesel oil is one of raw materials. Finding the distinct between the diesel oil dealt and the not dealt with oil of vitriol. The result of diesel oil dealt with oil of vitriol is better than that is not dealt. The amount and type of emulsifying agent are all factors affecting on emulsion composed of diesel oil and water glass.Then the amount of emulsifying agent was analyzed, the more the agent is, the smaller the particle of SiO2 powder is. But the amount of emulsifying agent is too much and the emulsifying agent is wasted. Considering the cost, it is very important to find the super amount of emulsifying agent in industry production. At the same time, mixed emulsifying agent is better than single emulsifying agent. The HLB of emulsifying agent decides whether the result of producing spherical SiO2 fine powder is successful or not.The acid is a very important factor on the producing spherical SiO2 fine powder, from the acid kind of classification strong acid or weak acid, the volatility, not the volatile acid and so on. The density of the acid also influenced the processes of producing the spherical SiO2 free powder. The instillment speed and the instillment way of acid have analysized detailedly in this article, and meanwhile given the appropriate industry parameter.The reaction temperature is the very major function to affecting on emulsion composed of diesel oil and water glass, but the temperature to the spherical SiO2 fine powder formation influence is not very distinctness. Considering each aspect factor, and chooses normal temperature.The stiring speed also has certainly influence to affecting on emulsion composed of diesel oil and water glass. We get different results from different stiring speed. The stiring speed which the industrialization production used should be chosen the appropriate velocity.The dry temperature has decided spherical SiO2 fine powder moisture content, different dry temperature has done. Final decided drying temperature is 700℃. At last we do a small industrialization which is 20L using the conditions that are have done in the text. The result is said that are right industry parameters.
