The shortcut nitrification and denitrification which nitrification control in nitrite stage is a novel biological nitrogen removal technology.The key that realizes the shortcut nitrification and denitrification is accumulation of the nitrite ,prevents nitrite to the nitrate further transformation.The page studies SBR to start up under two kind of sludge conditions,analyzes the different influence factor to the shortcut nitrification realization,inspects SBR long-term movement,obtains dynamics equation of the ammonia nitrogen degrades.Succeeding in realizating shortcut nitrification in the temperature range of 30±1℃,in7.8~8.2,dissolved oxygen conditions in 0.5mg/L.Ammonia removal of two reactor is more than 80%,nitrite accumulation rate is more than 95%.Low C/N can favor the shortcut nitrification realization.From a short time influent concentration 50mg/L to 150mg/L,the entire system is increased to 38% from 14% of total nitrogen loss.Compared with 30℃and 20℃,14h shorten reaction time ,water nitrate accumulation increased 48%.pH higher than 7.7,which will help in the degradation of ammonia and nitrite formation.When the end of nitrification, pH and DO apper a jump,so can accord to the changes of pH and DO to control the reaction.In the long-term operation of reactor, it is more than 95% in the removal of ammonia,nitrite in the cumulative rate of nearly 100%.Experimental studies have shown the conditions can maintain long-term stability in the nitrite accumulation.Ammonia decomposition dynamic equation:...
