The massive emissions of coking wastewater cause that many poisonous and harmful material go into environment, which cause serious pollution on the environment and pose a threat to human health. This paper introduces the biological treatment is full of significance in improving environment.The page studies SBR to treatment the coking wastewater, analyzes the different influence factor to the shortcut nitrification realization, inspects dynamics equation of the ammonia nitrogen degrades. Experiment obtains the following results:(1) Research on sludge acclimation:In SBR, controlling the temperature of mixture for room temperature(25℃),12 hours for one operation shift, two shifts per day and 7.5 for pH.It takes 51 days to complete the sludge acclimation by adopting SBR process and gradually increase the concentration of phenol and quinoline in the wastewater. Increasing the concentration of phenol and quinoline will generate an adverse effect to the watstewtaer treatment effect only at each initial stage in the first stage. The ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency gradually increase and the effluent effect gradually getting better, after the sludge acclimation and system stabilize, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches above 99%.(2) In sludge acclimation stage, which using whole-run nitrification way, setting the cycle of reactor for 12 hours. After the sludge acclimation and system stabilize, analysis of operation condition in a certain cycle of A—O—A—O process, adjusting cycle for 8 hours and adopting A—O process. And obtaining the best time for 310min aeration.(3) Keeping temperature for laboratory temperature conditions, to realize shortcut nitrification denitrification in SBR through controlling the dissolved oxygen for 160L/h. Results show that during aeration, keeping low DO (0.2—0.4mg/l)and ammonia nitrogen concentration about 300 mg/L shortcut nitrification will be quickly realized. The conversion rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 99% and nitrite accumulation rates was higher than 80%. Tthe shortcut nitrification of system can be realized by controling the low oxygen.(4) Keeping temperature for laboratory temperature conditions and aeration amount for 160L/h. To realize shortcut nitrification denitrification in SBR through controlling the alkali dosing amount to adjust pH value. Results show that the best dosing of calcium carbonate is 23.81 g, In this alkalinity, ammonia nitrogen conversion realized the highest, and nitrite accumulation rate is higher. (5) Using the differences about light sensitivity between nitrobacteria and nitrosobacteria. By Adopting different illumination measures to promote the nitrate accumulation of the system and make for the shortcut nitrification.
