| According to an original formula , the impact property of polyvinylchloride (UPVC) produced by a company of Taiwan can't attain to the demand at low temperature. In order to improve its impact property, we have looked for applicable coupler and modifier etc, and defined its amount by means of research and modification to the formula.The application present of coupler and modifier has been analyzed. By means of surface modification and adding packed to CaCO3 at constant pressure, the compact of UPVC has raised along with choosing impact modifier MBS which is a new activated treating chemical to modify the property of CaCO 3 . When the treated CaCO3 is applied to the product of UPVC, it not only raises the compact by 10%, but also improves the heat endurance and other properties. |
