Jet pump production technologies have been applied at home more than 30 years, which has a very peculiar advantage comparing with the other type rising machines in heavy crude oil well. Because it has no moveable parts and depend on the energy transformationbetween the power fluid carried energy in pump and oil well produced fluid to lift liquid. With the development of jet pump technology research, jet pump oil production has not only been applied in conventional oil well and viscous crude wells, high with fixed attention oil well, low liquid level deep well, inclined Shaft, high causticity oil well, complicated especial well, which show the good producing effect and oneness predominance.Combined viscous oil production in Cheng Dao oil field, physical property analyses and experiment of mixing light oil was carried. The experiment proved that crude oil emulsification is severe gradually, and viscosity of mixture arises, with water cut adding. While water cut reach certain value, viscosity of mixture begin to drop. When temperature is the same, viscosity reduction rate is different with different ratio mixing light oil. Within the certain range, the more mixing light oil, the more viscosity reduction rate. In the other hand, the smaller density, the higher viscosity reduction rates. According to experiment result, mixing corporation is 1:2-1:1.Combined the process of fluid flowing in well bore, the pressure and temperature analysis model of jet pump producing system was established and resolved. Based on carrying sand analysis, and using artificial lifting system of jet pump to matching the surface equipment, short term forced carrying sand was come to true successfully, and prominence effect was got in practice. Which provide a kind of new and reasonable production ways and short term forced carrying sand lifting methods for the severe producing sand well.On the foundation of jet pump technological design and well bore fluid analysis, the work rule and interaction of reservoir and well bore and drainage system and the impact to well production performance was researched fully, optimal design software was developed using nodal analysis. Which object is jet pump producing system, origin is the power of the well inflow performance, and basis is keeping whole system to coordinate. The software function include systemic appraise, optimum design, diagnose, parameter adjust, and so on. After applied in practice, the testing data is coincidental to the theoretical result, and it is notable to increase production and benefit. Therefore, the fruit of research is right and reliable, and generalize in the round at present.
