The flocculant is the main material in disposal of industrial waste and the life waste water.At present,the research of flocculant is mainly towards the high-efficient and low consumption,safe and harmless,there is no secondary pollution to environment in the world.Because the efficiency of the inorganic flocculant efficiency is low,the energy is large wasted and they do harm to environmental and so on,the organic flocculant is speedily developed,specially the most popular cationic organic polymer flocculant.The efficiency of flocculation of cationic organic polymer is be superior to others,because it has some outstanding efficiency,such as the better charge neutralization efficiency,the better bridge of polymer efficiency and the few dosage and so on.In view of the difficult of treating the offshore drilling oiliness waste water,this article synthesize PECHA by the reaction of PECH,which is synthesized by new coninitiator and the polyreaction of epichlorohydrin,and the agent of extend and quaternary ammonium.And the article reviews the efficiency of sewage treatment of PECHA,simultaneously has provided the condition for the degeneration of organic polymer flocculant.The article adopts the method of the solution polymerization.(1).The article synthesizes PECH,which has higher relative viscosity and higher yield of 85%,by the optimum condition which is that reaction temperature is 5℃,the dosage of dichloroethanes is 40ml,the dosage of epichlorohydrin is 20 ml,the initiator molar ratio of BF3·(CH3)2O is 6%O,the molar ratio of TCA is 5‰,the initiator molar ratio of EG is between 8‰o and 10‰and the reaction time is 8h.(2).The article synthesizes PECHA by extend agent of dimethylamine, ethylenediamine and hexanediamine and quaternary ammonium agent of trimethylamine.It's optimum technology as follow;①the optimum technology of PECHA(Ⅰ)is that the molar ratio of n((CH3)2NH)/n(-CH2CI)is 0.25,the molar ratio of n(C3H9N)/n(—CH2Cl)is 1.2,the reaction temperature is 110℃and the reaction time is 3h when dimethylamine and trimethylamine is added in the recator.And the article gets the CD 60% of PECHA (Ⅰ).②the optimum technology of PECHA(Ⅱ)is hat the molar ratio of n(NH2(CH2)2NH2)/n(-CH2CI)is 0.8,the molar ratio of n(C3H9N)/n(-CH2Cl)is 1.2,the first reaction time is 3h when ethylenediamine is added in the reactor at the reaction temperature 110℃,the second reaction time is 2h when trimethylamine is added in the reactor at the reaction temperature 110℃.And the article gets the CD 55% of PECHA(Ⅱ).③the optimum technology of PECHA(Ⅲ)is hat the molar ratio of n(C6H16N2)/n(-CH2Cl)is 0.2,the molar ratio of n(C3H9N)/n(-CH2Cl)is 1.2,the first reaction time is 3h when ethylenediamine is added in the reactor at the reaction temperature 100℃,the second reaction time is 3h when trimethylamine is added in the reactor at the reaction temperature 110℃.And the article gets the CD 50% of PECHA(Ⅱ).The chemical formation of PECH and PECHA are analyzed by IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR and the same time.The article review the efficiency of flocculant by sewage treatment of sodium bentonite and the efficiency of the offshore drilling oiliness waste water of composite flocculant of PECHA and ZnCl2.When the dosage of composite flocculant is 80mg/L, there are good removal oil rate,which are respectively 77.9%,82.8% and 87.1% by composite flocculant of PECHA(Ⅰ),PECHA(Ⅱ),PECHA(Ⅲ)and ZnCl2.The article review the efficiencies against swollen of PECHA...
