The low permeable reservoir of shengli-oilfield has the problem of ascending of injection pressure and difficulty of water injection. Therefore,the key is to research for the technologic measures of descending injection pressure and improving augmented injection effect. The augmenteal injection technique of nanometer polesilicon material is important to be used to the development oilfield,which is fit to release pressure and augmented injection of low permeable sublayer reservoir. The character of the technique is marked effect and easy building and without pollution. The reservoir form and pollution form of injection well and the technology of injection can influence the effect of augmented injection, so the research of mechanism of argmented injection and the best technology of injection and the adaptability of reservoir is necessary.The article major in designing synthesis of nanometer polesilicon and building method of evaluation of performance of physics and chemistry and studying on affecting factor of mechanism ofaugmented injection and evaluating the effect on field application.(1) The synthesis of nanometer polesilicon and establishment of performance of physics and chemistry.silicon dioxide nanometer particles is synthetised by three different ways, and modified by testing augmented injection effect, finalization the synthecise method and named NPS-1. At the same time, the evaluate method of performance is established, which include dispersity of product and absorbance in clay particle and rejection capability of hydrate bloating to chay and capability of changing wettability, etc. Nanometer polesilicon product is evaluated in effect of augmented injection.(2) Stady on mechanism of stimulation by nanometer polesiliconThe core changing on effective permeability by nanometer polesilicon is researched by constant flow method . The result indicated that the nanometer polesilicon have the strong ability advancing the permeability on water phase. The influence of nanometer polesilicon to oil-water interface rheological property is also studied. A method characterizating the friction resistance by fluid and clay is established. The result show that the nanometer polesilicon augmented agent can decrease the factor of friction between fluied and rock, and decrease the flow resistance of water in rock pore.(3) The research on affecting factor of augmented injection by nanometer polesiliconThe influence of the concentration of nanomet6r polesilicon to core absorbance is investigated. The absorbance of nanometer polesilicon in core is detected by methylene blue method. The best concentration is difined to 0.15%. The influence of the amount to be used of nanometer polesilicon and reaction time to core wettability is also investigated. The affect of water quanlity and active agent to effect of nanometer polesilicon is researched. The result show that water quality can directly affect the effect of treatment. Injection active agent after treated by nanometer polesilicon can improve the infiltrate ability of formation.(4) The effect on application in field by nanometer polesilicon augmented agent The experiment on single well and the effect of augmented injecting are analysedby test electoral districting and project optimizing. The field test show that nanometer polesilicon have positive effect on decreasing the pressure of injection well. The oil well produce the desired result obviously when the filling and producting of the well are well treated . The effect of implementation in the clear well by nanometer polesilicon is better than hold well.The result above showes that nanometer polesilicon augmented agent can improve the effect of descending injection pressure and augmented injection obviously, and solve the problem of difficulty of water injection in microcosmic, which has good application foreground. At the same time, the research is important to EOR of low permeable of the world, and it will make favorable benefit of economic and social.
