The medical shaping pressure bandage, in virtue of buffer pressure principle that loaded pressure on leg is degressive from ankle to thigh, promotes blood in vein recirculation to heart, decreases gore in leg vein and makes sure the nice vein circulation by shrinking calf muscle and forcing blood vessel. The bandage treat these people well who suffer from crura varicosity as well as has the function of preventing it, in addition, it has been loved by fashionable ladies for its massage function. So the kind of bandage has its valuable application and broad market space.Purpose of the thesis is to research and explore medical shaping pressure bandage to cure and prevent varicosity. Set up model of bandage under force by analyzing inter-force between bandage and leg or leg model, combining ANSYS software and adopting surface loading method, and simulate and analyze the case that bandage under force, then calculate relation of knitting radius, leg radius and loading pressure on leg, and then knit bandage using manual flat machine according to above relationship, finally, measure the pressure and compare it with calculative value. The thesis discusses and researches new way and brings forward new thought of knitting this kind of bandage.The thesis, on basis of analyzing material and structure of bandage, testes performance of tension strength to different fabric original length, analyzes the results and gains the elasticity modulus and Poisson's ration of fabric, which prepare for the next simulation using ANSYS. We can acquire the knitting measurement and technical list after calculating their relationship of leg radius, knitting radius and loading pressure on leg and the accurate value of leg girth and loading pressure. The tested value and calculative pressure have high relativity by means of comparing them, which prove the feasibility of analyzing the bandage depending on ANSYS, at the same time, which also make it feasible to knit the bandage using manual flat machine.The research in this subject will play a positive role in enhancing the application, popularity and industrialized production of medical shaping pressure bandage.
