Atmospheric Environmental Capacity In Chengdu, The Status Quo And Total Pollutant Control Countermeasures

Studying on air environmental capacity of city,understanding the produce and transformation of air pollution play a very important role to adjust industry structure, to set up a friendly society about environmental and resource. So it is very important to carry out the research about air environmental capacity in city.This paper gropes for the calculating air environmental capacity.According to investigation and analyzing of environmental quality in Chengdu,collect meteorologic data,inquisite and analyze pollution source,this paper apply AEM model to calculate main pollution factors'of environmental capacity including SO2,NO2 and PM10, and adopt"A"method from"A-P"method to confirm the control area of city and its ideal environmental capacity. Applying the data of control area, pollution source, weather condition and environmental quality evidence, this paper found the input relation of pollution source and atmospheric quality standards and calculate real environmental capacity . This way body environmental capacity'characteristic that is variable resource.From a new side, transforming pollution and weather information to proper form for AEM model, combination"A-P"method and many source model to calculate environmental capacity, this way is useless to carry out the transition from object gross control to capacity gross control. We hope that city environmental management could be paied more attention and consider more environmental capacity with city development.
