Laminaria japonica is full of valid compositions.At the moment,most of scholars focus on some valid components in the Laminaria japonica,and few of scholars research on the comprehensive utilization of Laminaria japonica.On the industry,fucoidan,fucoxanthin and fucosterol are seldom utilized except for sodium alginate,iodine and mannito,and are regarded as industrial waste.In order to raise utilization ratio of Laminaria japonica resources,increase value of Laminaria japonica and develop processes trade in our country,we have researched in the comprehensive utilization of the Laminaria japonica,and designed the craft which extract fucoidan,fucoxanthin,fucosterol and mannito from Laminaria japonica.Extraction of fucoxanthin and fucosterol from Laminaria japonica was studied.Extracting conditions of fucoxanthin were optimized by orthogonal analysis.Among the four extraction factors concemed,including extraction time, temperature,ratio of sample weight to solvent volume,and ratio of solvent volume. Ratio of solvent volume was the most significant factor that affected the extracting rate.The optimized extracting condition of fucoxanthin was to extract two times at 40℃for 1h,and a 40 sample solvent/weight volume ratio,with the solvent which is consist of alcohol,acetone and petroleumether,the solven volume ratio is 4:1:1.Extraction of mannito from utilized Laminaria japonica with alcohol was studied.In order to gain optimization extract condition,we have optimized condition by orthogonal experiment.We Purefied mannito through heavy crystallize.Productive rate of crude mnanito is 9%to 10%through extraction two times,behind purefy the pureness is 97.30%.Fucoidan was extarcted from utilized Laminaria japonica by hydrochloric acid which is mixed with CaCl2.In order to gain optimization extract condition,we have optimized condition by orthogonal experiment,product rate of fucoidan was 5.29g(pureness 26%)from 100g Laminaria japonica.Product rate of fucoidan was 3.29g(pureness 34%)behind purefy.Several deprotein and decoloring methods of the fuocidan were also compared to determine the most effective extraction procedure of fuocidan.In deprotein methods, effect of enzyme is pretty good.In dedecoloring methods,result of Al2O3 is pretty good.
