Yunnan , rich in phosphate rock resources, but more than 90 percent is low-grade plastic phosphate rock difficult for flotation. According to the current over 10 million tons of mining speed per year, I grade Rich Ore grade will remain less than 10 years of exploitation, so Rich Ore resources crisis have clearly highlighted. In particular, with the construction of national phosphate and compound fertilizer base in Yunnan, both the demand for phosphate rock of high-quality and consumption rate will continue to accelerate to make an even more severe situation, so development and utilization of low-grade Phosphate resources in Yunnan have been imminent and imperative..Yunnan has 100 million tons of low-grade phosphate rock to be developed and utilized in order to achieve industrial development and utilization of low-grade Phosphate resources. It is of strategic importance and practical significance to take the lead to make R&D for low-grade Phosphate resources in Yunnan for industrial flotation and provide technology support and guide for industrial development and effective use to improve effective integration and sustainable development, and promote the comprehensive utilization of resources.The Papers analyze and sum up the mineralogical characteristics and phosphate ore grade nature of low-grade Phosphate rocks in Haikou, from the selection process and the application of pharmaceutical research and verification. Using are - anti-flotation process and new high efficiency flotation reagents, made trial R&D on Haikou low -Grade silicon - calcium phosphate rock in laboratory-scale, continuous-ton expansion and industrial trials. For laboratory-scale, We got fine mineral P2O531.05%, MgO0.45%, fine mineral rate of 72.04 Percent, 88.23 percent recovery rate; for continuous-ton expansion we got fine mineral P2O531.84%, MgO0.48%, SiO211.77%, fine mineral rate of 61.02 percent, the recovery rate of 81.06 percent. After simple treatment, flotation tailings water can return to the grinding and classification, the use of flotation. Fine mineral water can return to the use of anti-flotation of the flotation process with no effect on indicators with high backwater utilization, and processing waste water Closed cycle can achieve "zero emissions." The successful development proved that under current technical and economic conditions, the low-grade of phosphate rock in Haikou can achieve large-scale development and utilization.The industrial development research, found the temperature, the Pharmacy system and flotation devices which are important factors with impact on plastic phosphate flotation and provided appropriate adjustment, for important guide to increase flotation technology indicators for future industrial production; made regression analysis for fine mineral recovery and ore grade and got fine mineral recovery rate model relationship; summarized relationship for silicon rubber calcium phosphate flotation fine mineral enriched for important guide for process of selection and fine mineral grade forecast; All the technological achievements provided engineering design basis for Haikou large flotation plant construction and large-scale development and utilization of low-grade phosphate rock resources and accumulation of experience ,technical support, playing a leading and exemplary role for the industrialization of low-grade mineral resources development in Yunnan.
