Established simulation model, boundary conditions, contact and friction type for crepe-forming process which are closed to the actual, and the use of non-linear explicit dynamic as theoretical basis. A crepe-simulation process by the Finite Element Method (FEM), and analysis of the feasibility of using simulation of the crepe-element-free Galerkin method for the simulation analysis for Pattern roll crepe-through element-free Galerkin method (EFGM) after verification.In the paper, the first simulation Roll crepe films, films from crepe crepe-simulation results are basically consistent with the facts, which prove that the simulation results have certain credibility.
