Braided composites fabricated by resin transfer molding (RTM) serve as an important role in realizing lower cost and integrated manufacture of composites. In this paper, prepolymerizating technology, character of rheology of bismaleimide resin and simulation on RTM process of two-dimension braided reinforcement were evaluated to verify fabrication process of plant and rectangle structure of bismaleimide resin matrix composites. In addition, the mechanical properties were studied and analyzed.The bismaleimide resin which suits to RTM should be prepolymerizated for 30 minutes under 130℃in order to form a stable resin. Character rheology of prepolymer was in good agreement with dual-Arrhenius equation that was used to simulate rehological behavior of the resin. Therefore, the processing window of the resin system can be determined for the process based on the developed model. In RTM process, velocity of resin flowing in reinforcement which is concerning with braiding degree is different in different directions. Impregnating process of braided reinforcement can be achieved by low pressure and accessory vacuum. Quality of composites was improved with gradually increasing pressure and times of keeping pressure. It was found that temperature is one of the most important factors in fabrication process of plant and rectangular structure of bismaleimide resin matrix braided composites. Amount of pressure and times of keeping pressure are also important factors for fabrication process of plant and rectangular structure of bismaleimide resin matrix two-dimension braided composites. Different braiding degree have different RTM technology. As far as the properties, the properties of plant of bismaleimide resin matrix braided composites are in relation to braiding degree and directions of specimen preparation. The properties of rectanglar structure of bismaleimide resin matrix composites are also of obvious aeolotropic properties.
