Park wetland is an important part of ecosystem in urban area. Once the park wetland is in danger, regional eco-environment also is destroyed correspondingly. It can affect the urban traveling and resident's rest and recreation activity. The appearance and deterioration of park wetland eco-environment, to some extent, will restrict economic development of this area with continuance, stabilization and exuberance. However, park wetland is strongly controlled by human being and the decision-making of park management has direct effect on the development and balance of the ecosystem. Therefore, carrying on the dynamic monitor and the appraisal to the park wetland, can not only provide the scientific theory basis for the future development project, moreover also has the important reference value regarding other park's development in our country. The major work of this paper will select Beijing chief city park as a research area.According to the traditional theories such as landscape ecology, the grey system theory, we adopt burgeoning technology, including GIS function spatial analysis and GPS location technology out of doors, analysis synthetically the dynamic change of wetland resources with the wetland landscape pattern, the vegetation cover, the water quality dynamic change. Finally we select the suitable target to assess the eco-environment quality of the park wetland, provided the decision-making basis and the theory instruction for the wetland protection and use research.The findings indicated that each target of Beijing each park ecological environment has the difference. The adding water archery target measure results showed that water quality of the Summer Palace should better be the I kind; water quality of the North Sea park, the Zizhuyuan park and the Yuyuantan park is good, is the II kind; water quality of the youth lake and the Chaoyang park is bad, is the IV kind; water quality of the Taoranting park and Longtan park is very bad, is the V Kind. Carries on the quality synthetic evaluation to the park ecological environment to demonstrate that the ecological environment quality of the Summer Palace is good, belongs to I level; the ecological environment quality of the North Sea park, the Zizhuyuan park and the Yuyuantan park are good, belong to II level; the ecological environment quality of the youth lake park and the Chaoyang park are ordinary, belongs to III level; the ecological environment quality of the Taoranting park and Longtan park are bad, belongs to IV level.
