Monitore Dynamically And Analyze The Resources And Environment Based On The RS & GIS Method

With software platform ARCVIEW and remote sensing image treatment software ERDAS and PCI and the example of A lu ke er qin Banner, this paper has monitored dynamically and analyzed the resources and environment by employing TM satellite remote sensing image of multi-time phase and using the method integrating remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS). The major course can be described as the process of pretreatment of TM remote sensing image to erection of sort system and explanation and interpretation symbol to pick-up of variable information of land use & land covering to discovery of variable information of land use & land covering to analysis of variable information of land use & land covering. The key step is that TM satellite remote sensing image of multi-spectrum in 1990 and ETM+ panchromatic image in 2002 in A lu ke er qin Banner have been combined by use of the technology of multi-spectrum image combination, and the dynamic monitor of the change and degeneration of land use & land covering in 1990 and 2002 respectively by use of the technology of automatic discovering the variation information. The current of land use in A lu ke er qin Banner and the change of land use & land covering in 1990 and 2002 have been ascertained, and the information of the change and degeneration of land use & land covering have been pick up by use of introducing land use transfer array and dynamics of land use. The analysis of land use and land covering variation is carried. And this paper explore the possibility of BP neutral network automation sort applying to the dynamic monitor work.
