The control system based on that fuzzy PID controls the algorithm has real intelligent and flexibility, function of automatic detection, data gather, deal with and control the result and reveal in real timing etc., have better meanings in improving the precision of temperature control of the moulding plastics machine. In addition control algorithm, software and hardware to have control system to similar to characteristic design, have sure reference value while being other design method of this system.
