Nickel and Nickel alloys are indispensable important materials in aviation,aerospace,chemical,machine manufacturing,and other fields. Before.plate as cathode plays an important role in nickel hydrometallurgy, and its strength,stiffness and the smoothness have an important impact on the quality of the electrolytic nickel.So how to solve the quality problem in manufacturing of before.plate is a key technology in the nickel hydrometallurgy.Pressing stiffened plate consummates the defect of poor stiffness caused by big size of the plate and thin thickness,which is one of the most simple and effective manner in the current production process conditions.How to lay out the stiffened plates at the right location in the before.plate is still dependent on the designer' experience,intuition,and many repeated tests,adjustments to ensure that the choice of this program can meet predetermined requirements at this time.This requires not only a lot of manpower and material resources,and long design cycle,low efficiency,but couldn't meet the needs of the enterprise.That using sheet metal stamping process of numerical simulation technology to performance the comparative analysis of the stiffened plates at different places in the nickel before.plate repetitively choose the better layout program can effectively reduce the design cycle of the nickel before.plate,improve the processing quality and performance,and reduce development risks and cost of production.This paper based the basic characteristics,research methods and other aspects of sheet metal forming,analyzed and researched the current existing critical theory and numerical simulation techniques of sheet metal forming process,which included elastic.plastic constitutive equation,Hill thick heterosexual yield norms,the choice of elements,methods for dealing with contacts,setting related parameters of sheet metal forming,and expounded three typical forming defects which were wrinkling,ruptured and rebounding in sheet metal forming process.The nickel before.plate must keep good vertical degrees and the stiffness in electrolysis bath when it was electrolyzed,and the production of electrolytic nickel before.plate must have product marks,so this paper designed five nickel stiffened plates and character layout programs.Applying the extensive popular sheet metal forming simulation analysis software DYNAFORM analyzed and simulated each layout of the stiffened plate under the same forming parameters condition,obtaining the contact forces and the displacement of rebound between the die and the blank,to evaluate and choose the design layout on the basis of the absolute deviation of rebound displacement and the press machine tonnage,and chose the best layout of can not only nickel plate forming pressure tendons and characters to choose the optimal layout and provide a reliable basis for the judgment,but also can predict the before.plate stamping in the required press tonnage and marks in the nickel before.plate which can satisfy the product processing requirements.The research method and analyzing results can not only provide a reliable judgment for choosing the optimal layout of stiffened plate and marks in nickel before.plate,but also can predict the required press machine tonnage,and can provide the theoretical criteria for designing the forming equipment to manufacture nickel before.plate too.This paper's researching methods have some reference to the design of Copper and Cobalt before.plate,and can also play a positive role in promoting other sheet metal stamping.
