Nano-sized silica,with excellent performances such as stability, supplement,extinction,isolation,denseness and denaturalization,can be wildly used in the fields of rubber,dope,medicine,paper making,plastic,et al.The key technologies of preparing nano-sized silica are monopolized by several overseas firms,Cabot Corp,Degussa,GE,et al.for a long time, so our country trails them.In this paper,flame hydrolysis was used.The problems of wall scales on the nozzle and the sediments in the pipes not only make the manufacture stop,but also affect the output quality.Solving the scars on the nozzle, finding the forming mechanism and summing up the mechanism of the sediments by doing experiments and analyzing the results were presented.After being synthesized by hydrolyzing,the nanosized silica surface was absorbed by HCl due to its high,surface area,so it must be disacidified in order to improve the quality and surface performances of nanosized silica. In this paper,the disacidifying by immobility-bed,the disacidifying by fluid-bed with dry air and the disacidifying by fluid-bed with wet air were contrasted.The best way was selected and the mechanism of disacidification was reviewed.(?)the pipe(?)The configuration was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM)and the component was measured by energy spectrum analysis (EDS).The powder is nanosized SiO2.
