Copper and nickel are the important of nonferrous metals ores。On account of it has been using so widely in the modernization,some countries of the world regard them as the strategic resource。They have been one of focuses in current mineral processing researching and smelt metal field,that geologic perambulation and researching of copper and nickel。Our country is badly shortage of copper mining resource,and nickel mining resource need in supported base peremptorily。They have important realistic meaning and theory value to develop medium and small scaled nickel-copper mines,and to research new technics·of nickel-copper' mineral processing。This article contra pose material instance of copper and nickel,summarized the actuality of Cu-Ni in six aspects:material character of copper and nickel;consumption of copper and nickel;distribution of the ores deposits;the actuality and dynamic of Cu-Ni mines mining processing;Copper Nickel-separated;the application prospect of copper-nickel。This article investigate the copper-nickel sulfide of huili city,Sichuan province。Firstly, we do a essential research on technology mineralogy of the ore samples,to know that it has more copper,littler nickel and subordinately magnetite and pyrite,belongs to high-grade Cu and low-grade Ni ore and has the value of recover Cu and Ni。Secondly,the phases analysis of the copper-nickel shows that the oxide rate<10%,so it belongs to typical copper-nickel sulfide。At last,we decide that floatation is the first choice。It is the main content of the article to study on mixed flotation,because Cu and Ni have the similar character of floatation。We do some researches on the ore,such as test grinding fineness grain of grinding;text the species of collector and its amount;text the kinds of PH adjusted medicaments and amount;text the choice of activator and amount; text the handpicked mixed raw concentrate。At last,we do the mixed flotation of the whole closed circuit flow with the better conditions and amount of medicaments。We get the mixed concentrate of Cu-Ni,which grade is 14.27%and 1.51%and which recovery rate is 91.97%and 69.32%0 It is a good result。The recovery rate of Ni is low,nearly 1/3 of the it lost in the tailing。I innovate the new technology of tailings' regrinding and reelection。We can get the Ni concentrate by tailings' regrinding and reelection,which Cu grade is 2.64%and Ni grade is 1.00%,the recovery rate of Ni is 6.92%。The total recovery rate of Ni is 76%,which is better result than by mixed flotation。At present,the Ni is in high price,so the process has the practical value。We try to do some experimentations to separate Cu and Ni from the mixed concentrate。We use the routine medicament and flow,they have the similar character of floatation and the Cu and Ni coexist,so we can't get the good result。Withal,it is a comparative mature technology of smelting separation of Cu and Ni,we suggests that we can get the mixed concentrate of Cu-Ni by mixed floatation,then separate the Cu and Ni by smelting。The technological process of recommended has been used by the company and application of the mine construction。The result of study on the Cu-Ni sulfide has been obtained application of production。...
