There is lots of lead and zinc sulfide which is difficult to select in our country at the present time and lots of grade of raw ore is very low(∑(Pb+Zn)=±5%).The processing method about ore tailing is usually "filtering,dry piling,water recycling" in the concentration plant.And water recycling is more difficult and the production cost is higher because of consumption of too much flotation reagent.The conventional production technology gets the zinc concentrate,lead concentrate and ore tailing,from which the metal can be melted.There was complex process,lower recycling rates of lead and zinc,more kinds of addition agents,complex component of railing water,difficult processing method and higher production cost.The detailed test study were done from feature analysis of ore,ore dressing and acid leaching by oxygen force in order to find a production technology which was technological feasible,environmentally friendly and lower production cost.The study on the feature analysis of raw ore indicated that the ore included about 3%lead and 2.5%zinc,and in which the inlay grain size was coarse and there was lots of ferric sulfide.Or else,higher-content arsenic exists in the ore as the arsenical pyrite.The study on the bulk flotation-gravity treatment test indicated that the process of lead-zinc bulk flotation-gravity treatment could get the lead-zinc sulfide whose general grade was about 38%,the general recycling rate of lead and zinc was over 84%which was more excess than the rate(about 67%zinc and 70%lead)by the process of differential flotation in some area.More,the kind and the dosage of the addition agent was less than by the process of differential flotation and the recycling water was easy to treat.The study on the lead-zinc sulfide concentrate ore tested by the oxygen forcing acid leaching found that the oxygen forcing acid leaching on the lead-zinc sulfide concentrate ore was completely feasible.Zinc leaching rate was over 97%,indium leaching rate was about 90%,sulfur translating rate was about 80%and the slag rate was about 80%in the condition of temperature(150℃),pressure(1.2MPa),the acid-zinc mol ratio(1.8times)the grade(>96%,-0.043mm),the liquid-solid ratio(5.5mL/g),the milling rate(750r/min) and the time(12Omin)and the sulfur agent.In the two-phase leading test,the acid consistence was less 10g/L and the ferric consistence could be controlled less the 5g/L in the first phase liquid.In a word,the "mix-flotation,gravity flotation,and autoclave oxidation" process is easy-to-handle one and environmentally friendly,it can be excluded the current technical difficulties,and bring forward a lot of benefit including better Pb/Zn separation,one-step Zn leaching.
