Transport jet of the filter shape equipment(KDF2)is a important and crucial technology part.The structure designs,machining precision and outer appurtenances will affect properties of the transport jet that will arouse a bigger fluctuation on the filter's inhale resistance.The transport jet,which is given on the original KDF2 that is the introducing technology from German HAUNI Company,only uses a single import air press structure that is not symmetrical,and the outer appurtenances are unitary.The internal structure of transport jet was analyzed with the hydromechanics,the air distribution on the annular crack,the area and length of throat pipe the special characteristic of technology and outer appurtenances for the transport jet,and so on were studied too.The thesis proposed: three imports and adding a flow disturbing board are two ways which come to improve difference of import pressure with the internal annular crack of the transport jet;a proportion valve on the source of import can still preserve the best character of service for the transport jet at any speed;a stabilized pressure cylinder on the source of import may make the air pressure be gentle and stabilized,and the quality to filter be stabilized on certain level.By Research we find that there is an optimized length of throat pipe on the Transport jet,the installing and the adjusting will affect effect of the transport jet.Do not change the size of original adjustment when disassembling and maintaining,and must check the size of installing again.Combining above studies the results,the transport jet was improved and designed.The three imports,the stabilized pressure cylinder and proportion valve etc.were made comparing tests with the real production.,The practice proved that the improved transport jet is useful for silk stable and statuesque transportation,lowered the inhale resistance SD(standard deviation)and CV(the inhale resistance coefficient of variation),the stability of inhale resistance is raised after improvement.The results of research of this thesis have the theory value and certain applications.
