GMR materials in recent years has become a large area of concern to the scientists a hot topic. La1-xSrxCoO3 and to the representatives of perovskite oxides have higher because of the conduction electrons and ions, has been widely used in fuel cells, gas sensors and ferroelectric memory of electrode material, and so on. La1-xSrxCoO3 because of Pb-perovskite ferroelectric phase matching the pseudo-cubic perovskite crystal structure, used for the electrode can effectively improve ferroelectric memory cell fatigue characteristics. Therefore, as La1 conductive ceramic is very important to the future.In this paper, the improved chemical coprecipitation prepared by La1-xSrxCoO3 polycrystalline materials, right after the pre-sintered powder particle size analysis for the characterization and characterization of sintered body of characterization relative density and moisture measurement and resistance temperature curve measurements, the results showed : using a semi-prepared Coprecipitation LSCO polycrystalline powder overcome the traditional mechanical agitation larger particles of a single crystal defects Transformation is not easy to solve by precipitation from the difficulties, produced a higher purity, phase LSCO single crystal powder, and the lattice constant 0.3834nm. Precursor of the DSC-TG curve analysis, reached its target than the sintering temperature solid-phase method of low-temperature sintering of 100℃-150℃, LSCO powder preparation of optimum temperature of 900℃, the best sintering temperature of 1200℃-1250℃.We used pulsed laser deposition Preparation growth in SiO2/Si (004). SiO2/Si (111), lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO3), and strontium titanate (SrTiO3) on different substrates of different components of the La1-xSrxCoO3 film. Films focus on the growing conditions, film structure, surface morphology and launched a resistivity study then inspected La1 film resistors with temperature and humidity changes. LSCO found in different Si (004), Si (111), STO and LAO three substrates, have good moisture sensitive nature of the resistance with increasing humidity is a regular lower LCMO, and other than multilayer in higher sensitivity, and, the discovery of the first system in the La0.67Pb0.33MnO3 this series of films is the humidity properties.
