Nanostructure system is an important field, which derives from nanomaterials. The study of this system has been gaining the attention of the people and becoming research hotspot, because it has much fancy physical phenomenon and correlates with nanostructure. Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template is fabricated by anodic oxide of Al, it not only can be made by simple process, but also contains uniform parallel pores and high pore density. Furthermore, the pore diameter can be controlled according to practical needs. Using AAO template to synthesize nanometer array materials has been one of the most crucial technologies in the field of nano-copy.In this paper, the highly-ordered AAO templates were prepared by aluminum anodizing in oxalic acid solution with two-step method. We studied the influencing factors of reaction process, such as the electrolyte and its concentration, temperature, the oxidation voltage and time, as well as anneal condition etc. At the same time, we obtained optimal technics of fabrication anodic aluminum oxide template.In this work, several nano array structure materials were fabricated using AAO templates prepared by the two-step method. The First, iron nanowires were fabricated by direct electrodeposition directly in AAO templates. The barrier layer of AAO was removed by ladder-relief of applied vollage, Al substrate for a cathode and Pt electrode as an anode. We prepared iron nanowires by direct current deposition in the device of AAO directly. The experimental process was simple, while avoiding the characteristics of AAO as thin and brittle. The second, ordered silver nanowires were fabricated using an effective method. Silver ions and polyethylene glycol reacted inside the pore channels of AAO templates and then grew into silver nanowires by limit growth. The Third, ZnO nano-arrays were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition method from the pure powder ZnO/C, and graphite powder with N2/O2 pressure. The last, CuO nanostructure network have been successfully synthesized by a novel hydrothermal method at 150℃for 2 h. In this reaction, copper sulfate-ammonia complex decompounds CuO and forms nanostructure network on the basis of AAO template, and this process requires no other assistant reagent.These methods of preparation are simple, easy to operate, and the diameters of nanowires change with the diameter of AAO template. The morphology and the composition of the samples were characterized by SEM,AFM,XRD and EDX, which indicated that the ordered nano-materials arranged with uniform dimension which almost coincided with that of AAO templates.
