Since the gelled energy-material is discovered the last century, it has been reseached worldwidely. The gelled material has a set of particular advantages, and can be applied on many purposes. Dynamites and gelled propellants, both have been receiving increased attention among international science research.On the purpose of design new gelled energy materials, a visual compute programe was devised. Compared with the literature data, it proves that the visual compute programe runs correct. Applying the programe, the basical compositions of gelled energy material are determined. Through adjusting the additives by experiment, the foundation of gelled energy material is produced; which is confirmed flowable and stable as well. Base on the foundation, gelled dynamites and propellants can be generated. The characters of gelled energy material have been analysed by experiment and numerical simulation.The analysis denotes that the gelled energy material not only is flowable and stable, but also releases high energy in explosion. Ammonium nitrate being blended with high oxygen-contained substitute, and matched with high energy fuel, the propellant can improve the specify impulse as well as having a low combustion-tempreture, which can satisfy the rockect-motor force resource in all.
