When the water-gelled crude oil two phase flow was sheared by the plastic shear device under the solidifying point of crude oil,the gelled crude oil went into a state of particles and suspended in the water flow. Because of the complexity of the gelled crude oil particles flow state, it should be to use the theoretical and numerical simulation method to solve the flow of the gelled crude oil particles, in order to further grasp the flow law of gelled crude oil particles, deepen-understand the interaction mechanism of gelled crude oil and provide theoretical basis for the further research of water-gelled crude oil two phase flow.This paper is based on a single gelled crude oil particle,which is suspended in the water flow. The physical model and mathematical mode of gelled crude oil particles which it suspended in the water flow was showed in this paper. Computer numerical simulation method was used to carry out water-gelled crude oil water two phase flow fluid interface tracking and research of gelled crude oil particle movement characteristics. The drag force of water gelled crude oil two phase flow was analyzed, the calculation model of the coefficient of drag force is applicable to the drag coefficient of gelled crude oil particles calculation model is given on the basis of the revised predecessors. The results also showed that there is a good agreement of89%within the relative error of±20%, and74%within the relative error of±10%. COMSOL software was used to solve the movement process, and obtained the trajectories of particles, the speed of the x and y direction, when it suspended in the water flow. Images clear showed the gelled crude oil particles at different time under the corresponding displacement and deformation conditions, by changing the physical parameters, such as the initial conditions, the influence factors geometry, and the influence to the gelled crude oil particle trajectory, the deformation and the velocity changes were analyzed in this paper.
