Aiming at the explosive character of nitrate ester wastewater,the text used the successful wastewater treatment experiences of TNT wastewater, nitrated wastewater and organic wastewater,chose fly ash flocuulants to removal nitrate ester of the wastewater.Based on the activation of the fly ash,series experiments of synthesis and application in nitrate ester wastewater.During the study of the synthesize of the fly ash flocculants ,the temperature of roasting ,the concentration of hydrochloric acid,the pH value of the polymerization ,the ageing temperature and so on were studied by single factor experiments.Through orthogonal experiments,the optimums conditions of synthesize of the fly ash inorganic flocculants were found.A series jar tests were taken by using synthesized flocculants and commercial flocculants.The results suggested that compared the commercial flocculants, synthesized flocculants has stronger methyl nitrate removal ability.The removal ratio of methyl nitrate is about up to 100%.Based on the primary flocculation technics, added the control and siphon equipment to avoid the contact between methyl nitrate wastewater and oxygen, ensure the security of wastewater treatment process.
