Developed Low-noise Polyurea Grease And Tribological Properties

Recently, with the increasing of application of exact rolling bearing, bearing's shake and noise are thought more and more of by people. Now exact bearings' using conditions are more and more rigorous, the requirements to lubricating grease become higher and higher, which mainly are long life,high/low temperature and high/low speed use adaptability,low noise and so on. Polyurea grease is considered as a new high efficiency grease and one of the lubricating greases that have the best development foreground in 21th century, with the characteristics of long-life,high temperature resistance> low-noise and multi-use.Earlier in the 1990s, with the urea grease technology 's development, urea low-noise lubricating grease was exploited and was applied widely. Most of the low lubricating greases sold in market are from the foreigner countries, and the only several homemade low-noise greases have the worse noise reducing performance than the congener products overseas. Presently, the researches about bearing's noise characteristic and the exploitation of low-noise lubricating grease have been the popular research direction overseas, but there isn't any research report in our country. Therefore, researching the noise characteristic of bearing lubricating grease,exploiting low-noise rolling bearing lubricating grease and finally solving the problem that the low-noise greases rely on importation have important economic and societal significance.In order to exploit low-noise polyurea lubricating grease, the following research jobs have been done.1. Through numerous experiments, finding a batch formula and preparing technology that make the polyurea lubricating grease have better noise reducing properties.2. Prepare a low-noise polyurea lubricating grease, and contrast its noise properties and triboloical properties with that of other lubricating grease, results show that the prepared polyurea lubricating grease's noise reducing property and tribological property is better.3. Analyze the effect of the preparing temperature,the component of urea gelatinizer—organic on the Physical and Chemical properties of polyurea lubricating grease. Increased preparing temperature can improve the physical and chemical properties of lubricating grease, raising drops points.4. Discuss the effect of the preparing temperature,the type and property of base oil,the component of urea gelatinizer—organic,final treatment technologies and impurities on the noise properties of polyurea lubricating grease.
