According to the target of XX program,the developing alloy should reach the value thereinafter:E≥74GPa,σb≥700MPa,σ0.2≥670MPa,δ≥7%.Spray deposition ultra strength aluminum alloy can reach a upper mechanical property by heat-treating consolidation.This article adopt Al-10Zn-3Mg-1.6Cu-0.8Ni-0.8Zr alloy,tensile test,hardness testing,measure the Young's modulus sympathetic vibration method and differential thermal analysis;Study the effect of heat treating regime on mechanical property and micro-structure of the alloy in virtue of OM, SEM,TEM and X-ray diffraction analysis.The result of study show that the structure is more homogeneous and refining.Adopting mutilevel solution and aging technics,treating with the plate tensile samples,the tensile strength,yield strength,and extensibility respectively reach 720MPa,680MPa,and 9.4%.Optimise the technics ulteriorly,and treat with the bar,the income mechanical properties respectively are,σb=741MPa,σ0.2=722MPa,δ=8%.Achieved the target value.Analysis figure that,muiltylevel solution treatment make the alloying agent solution sufficiently to matrix and avoiding the grain grow with out measure,the alloy solution sufficiently treat by multilevel aging gain microstrcture in peak value aging,the educt on the grain boundry become discontinue,avoids avianize of the matrix as the educt dissolving again,and intergranular crack result from continously distributing of fiable phase that produced during the peak value aging.
