Residues in Fishery Products has been one of the most seriously food safety problems nowadays. HPLC method for the determination of Malachite green (MG), Gentian violet (GV) 14 sulfonamide residues and Tylosin A was researched in this article.Through the study on potassium borohydride reduction mechanism,it was found that MG and GV were reduced to leucomalachite green (LMG) and leucogentian violet (LGV). LMG and LGV have significant fluorescence respondence. Based on this characteristic, a HPLC Analytical method for determination of MG and GV was Established. This method has high sensitivity and fine reproducibiliy. The limit of quantification was 0.4μg/kg. Recoveries of MG and GV from sample tissues fortified at 0.4~100μg/kg were70.0%~90.6% and 73.0%~87.2%, respectively. The RSDs were less than 10%.Two HPLC Analytical methods for determination of sulfonamide residues was Established, HPLC-UV and HPLC-FLD respectively. HPLC-UV method has good linear correlation. Recoveries of the method were more than 70.0%, The RSDs were less than 10%. The detect Limit of sulfaquinoxaline was 20μg/kg, The detect Limit of the other 12 sulfonamide residues were 10μg/kg. A HPLC method for Multi-residue Analysis t of sulfonamide residues in fishery products was established by using post column derivatization and fluorescence detection. This method has a high LOQ compared with HPLC-UV method. The detect Limit of sulfanilamide was 20μg/kg, The detect Limit of sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole, sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine were 5μg/kg respectively, The detect Limit of Sulfameter, ulfamethoxazole, sulfadoxine, sulfafurazole, sulfadimethoxine were 10μg/kg respectively, The detect Limit of sulfadiazine was 20μg/kg. Recoveries of the method were more than 80.0%, The RSDs were less than 10%.A HPLC-UV method for determination of Tylosin A was Established by using Ultrasonic Wave-Assisted Extracting, degreasing with ethylacetate. Recoveries of the method were more than 70.0%, The RSDs were less than 10%. The limit of quantification was 0.05mg/kg. Though the systematicly method research introduced above, HPLC methods for the determination of Malachite green (MG), Gentian violet (GV) 14 sulfonamide residues and Tylosin A were established. In this methods, the Multi-residue Analysis can be done completely only using HPLC. The LOQ, accuracy and Recoveries of methods all meets the Chinese and International Standards requirements.
