This thesis mainly studies preparation for nano-TiO2 using butyl titanate as material, applying alkoxide hydrolyze and sol-gel methods in condition of calcining at 450℃According to experiment of degradating helianthine, I compared photocatalytic activity and conclude that nano-TiO2 which was prepared in alkoxide hydrolyze method has higher photocatalytic activity.According to nano-TiO2 as basal body, by means of compounding with Fe2O3, Fe3O4, SiO2, Fe2O3/ SiO2 and Fe3O4/ SiO2,I studied CMPX and compounding method have an influence on photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2. From above I made a conclusion that crystal form of TiO2 had not changed in CMPX, still in anatase form; Grain diameter of TiO2 in CMPX has nano dimension; From experiment results I concluded that nano-TiO2 compounded with Fe2O3/ SiO2 or Fe3O4/ SiO2 had higher photocatalytic activity than nano-TiO2 compounded with anyone material between them. Therefore in condition of this experiment, filtering preparation in alkoxide hydrolyze method for nano-TiO2 compounded with 9% Fe3O4 had better photocatalytic activity, which specific surface got to 187m2/g.Making Fe2O3, Fe3O4, SiO2 as carriers loaded on nano-TiO2 for preparation for support catalysts, I was doing groping research on actual application of TiO2. In this experiment, I compared different carriers, particle dimension and different carrier methods how to effect on catalysts photocatalytic activity; According to XRD, SEM, ESCA and specific surface measurement, preparing support catalysts in beyond 200 size Fe3O4 dipping in butyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol had higher photocatalytic activity. Fe3O4's diameter was between micron and nanometer and its surface's TiO2 still was anatase form.Researching on photocatalytic kinetics of TiO2 catalyst compounded with 11% SiO2 in condition of UV radiation: In reaction process of multiphase photocatalysis, chemical reaction was made on surface of catalysts. In UV radiation, reactants which spread, absorb, oxidize and desorpt to the surface of catalysts had influence on degradation of contamination in water. The result reveals that in action of catalyst, kinetics of process of helianthines photocatalytic degradation keep with discipline of first order reaction, apparent activation energy was 10.34kJ/mol.Applying higher photocatalytic activity support catalyst to degradate wastewater discharged from some hospital: according to light degradation experiment, main contamination in water was degradated to some extend, basically achieving Discharge standard of water pollutants for medical organization(GB 18466 -2005 2006-01-01 implement)discharge standard.
