The aim yeast MT17 was isolated naturally from Moutai environment,there is only 0.70%residual sugar when it ferment in the juice of malt(11~12°),and it produce 6.9%(v/v) ethanol,better than the TT-DDY under the same condition.By analysis of experiment,the yeast could normally ferment pH3.6,the optimum fermentation temperature is 32~36℃,the optimum fermentation time is 84h.After preliminary identification,MT17 was identified as saccharomyces cerevisiae.The best matching of enzyme is to compound:Liquefaction enzyme(1.6u/g distiller's grains),cellulase(32 u/g distiller's grains),saccharification enzyme(60 u/g dist- iller's grains).It was cellulose enzyme that make a largest influence on accharification of distiller's grains,secondly it is accharification enzyme,the liquefaction enzyme is the minimum.And to add the compound enzymes is better than to only add the single factor enzyme.The optimum of compound enzymes temperature is 55℃about,pH 5.0,5h preservation in water bathing.Adjust Distillers Biomass pH3.0 about,55-60%of moisture content,inoculate Trichoderma koningii(TR6),according to best solid state fermentation craft, fermentation is finished basically behind the 7d.The cellulose content has dropped by 5.24%after fermented 7d,the starch has dropped by 4.48%,the cellulosic utilization ratio reaches 27.15%the most greatly,the starch utilization ratio is most greatly up to 41.11%,the producing rate of fuel ethanol is up to 6.15%.The experiment proves that this subject has offered a way for rational utilization of the Distillers Biomass.
