In this paper, copper ore in DeXing, the biggest copper ore of our country, is selected as the typical study area. According to the reconnaissance in the field, the environment of mine site is investigated by remote sensing technology. Some typical contaminated water' spectrums of reflection are tested and then testing data is analyzed by synthesis in mineral tailings areas. The difference of the spectral characteristics of the water between natural and mineral tailings areas is found by contrasting the spectral curves. The information relevant to water pollution is extracted hereby. Then the polluted water which is caused by mineral tailings and mining areas is extracted by the professional remote sensing image processing and the contaminated status of acidic water is extracted in mineral areas. Then the mend and design project of actual sewage dispose project is raised based on the pollution information extracted above and integrated the procreant mechanism of acidic and alkaline sewage water. The best dispose project of acidic and alkaline sewage is elected by investigating the procreant mechanism of acidic water and the chemic property of heavy metal ion and by analyzing and comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the actual acidic dispose method and integrating local actual circs and operational status of sewage treatment plant——the dispose sewage method of alkaline sewage and calcareousness counteracting acidic sewage and integrating method of microorganism oxygenation. The sewage water in mineral tailings reservoir are picked and the samplings are analyzed by chemical method, the water quality of sewage was measured, the dispose flow of sewage was designed, the primary constructs were counted. Finally, the project investment was estimated and technical economy was analyzed, the project was appraised roundly from the economic effect,social benefits and environmental benefits, which indicated that the project was feasible from the regardless of technology and financial affairs. In this paper, remote sensing and sewage dispose are connected, it is a unity from environment investigation to sewage father, which offers scientific reference for sustainable development of mining and is a example pattern of studying environment investigation and acidic father of metal mine sites.
