Diatomite Composite Microfiltration Membranes Used In The Danshen Water Extracts Purify The Experimental Study

This research introduced a neotype membrane separation material, named diatomite compound membrane into the purifying technology of danshen water extract, and the application research were carried out. By investigating the mechanical strength and purification effect, the optimal preparation technology of the diatomite compound membrane was determined as followed: wood pulp occupying 50% of the total cellulose pulp; the beating degree was 50°SR; the particle diameter of the absorbent materials is between 1～10μm. By exploring the pretreatment method of danshen extract, chitosan was determined as the flocculant, and optimal condition for danshen water extract flocculation process was: the dosage of chitosan was 1.5g/L, and the flocculating temperature was room temperature. In the microfiltration operation technology research, the effect the pore size of membrane, operating pressure, operating temperature and pH to the microfiltration were studied ,and the optimal operating parameter were determined. The purifying effect of microfiltration and ware contrasted ,and the result showed that , microfiltration technology had a better removing effect on the tannin and protein. The adsorbability of the membrane material to the effective components was also studied. The contrast study on the fingerprints of the Danshen water extract before and after flocculation-microfiltration process indicated that, there was no significant difference in the fingerprints between pre and post purifying process. Finally, the membrane separation technology was applied in the Danshen composition and Danshen granule. The new technology can slow down the turbidity increasing of the Danshen composition , and decrease the hygroscopicity of the Danshen granule. The purifying effectiveness of the diatomite compound membrane in the Danshen water extract was preliminary identified.
