As early as 1984,Reynolds had fonud Ultrasonic Cavitation phenomenon in the partial of piping when water passing narrow pipeline.Almost at the same time,the British navy also discovered the Ultrasonic Cavitation phenomenon at the propeller of ship,when the propeller causing violent vibration in the water.Later,the Ultrasonic Cavitation technology is continuously apply to microbial inactivation,cleaning,detecting crack,sewage treatment realm and so on.In recent years,along with the social development,the output of life and the industrial waste water is increasing year by year,for the sake of the environmental protection,new processing sewage and microbial inactivation methods are expected to be found now.The ultrasonic antiseptic technology has unique merits:simple equipment,simple operation,few invests,harms slightly to human body,have not by-product and so on.Study Ultrasonic antiseptic and put it into real life has significant practical significance.This kind of method is not a mature technique.It stays around experiment stage.Appling it to the real life,we need continuously to do experiments and studing.This text uses experiments to study microbial inactivation by Ultrasonic Cavitation technique at the base of fore person's experience and conclusion.The paper studied the influence of ultrasonic frequency,power,irradiation time,and different shape of reactors to the death rate,when using ultrasonic deal with the E.coli,Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach and Bacillus subtilis.And studied the death rate of ultrasonic with air,ultrasonic with ozone,ultrasonic with titanium.The conclusions and the work of the text as follow:(1)Two kinds of Ultrasonic chemical reactors are designed and processed:The columniform Ultrasonic-chemical reactor and rectangular Ultrasonic-chemical reactor.Sound field of two reactors were measured by dye method,analyzed and compared.Two kinds of reactors'Ultrasonic Cavitation were measured with the iodine releasing method.Measured ultrasonic spectrum within two kinds of reactors with spectrum analysis method,and get sound field characteristics respectively.Two kinds of reactors have different Ultrasonic field characteristics.The columniform reactor takes on weak and strong strip alternate phenomenon.The columniform reactor radiates around from the focus of Ultrasonic transducer.The increasing of power,mainly cause the 3th and above syntony growing. such as:70 watt spectrum is especially obvious.(2)Measured main parameter of Ultrasonic transducer when add to liquid load.Such as Resonance frequency,anti-resonance frequency,maximal electrcial admittance,static capacitor, dynamic capacitor and dynamic impedence,electromechanical quality factor,electromechanical coupling coefficient.(3)Studied the influence of frequency,power,time of irradiation to death rate of the E.coli.Also studied the influence to death rate of the E.coli when Ultrasonic combine with air,with ozone,with two oxidize titanium.It has the best Ultrasonic frequency and power for different germ,different amount and different density.GeneraUy speaking,the time of irradiation more long,more death rate of the E.coli,but over 40 minutes,death rate of the E.coli grows slowly.Ultrasonic with ozone,Ultrasonic with two oxidize titanium can got better death rate of the E.coli.to have a very great exaltation to the E.coli.(4)Studied death rate of Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach and Bacillus subtilis with Ultrasonic irradiation.At 25kHz,30watt,50minutes,in the rectangular reactor,two kinds of germs death rate are respectively34.12%and33.33%.At 25kHz,30watt,in the rectangular reactor,the E.coli has better death rate,next is Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenhach,and the Bacillus subtilis is worst.(5)Studied the influence of ultrasonic area density and volume density to the death rate of E. coli,when bacterium liquid increasing.Under the circumstance that one of ultrasonic area density and volume density is equal,the other bigger one has better E.coli death rate.(6)Using atomic force microscopy observed form of germs after ultrasonic irradiated in order to fred the reason of death,and discovered form changes of three germs.Indicated through the experiment:Ultrasonic does work to kill three kinds of selected bacterias and deal with other disinfectant method can obtain a better result.Ultrasonic irradiation is one effective antiseptic method.It has a broad foreground.
