Power ultrasonic vibration honing technology is an advanced and efficient method for processing difficult materials.In the environment of ultrasonic vibration honing of power ultrasonic,the effect of cavitation is produced by the sound pressure caused by ultrasonic wave in the honing fluid.A series of dynamic behaviors such as the growth,compression,and collapse of cavitation bubbles have an effect on the surface of the power ultrasonic vibration honing process.According to the ultrasonic cavitation field under the power ultrasonic vibration honing and a single cavitation bubble in the above-mentioned environment,combined with ultrasonic cavitation theory,using the method of mathematical modeling,numerical simulation and experimental research methods,analysis methods,this article researches various factors which can affect a single cavitation bubble motion process and the power ultrasonic vibration honing ultrasonic cavitation field distribution and in the sound field.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1 On the basis of the previous researches,considering the power ultrasonic vibration honing environment impacts on the acoustic field of ultrasonic cavitation,I establish the mathematical model of sound field and use Matlab software to simulate the distribution of sound field.The results of numerical simulation shows that ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic amplitude and liquid medium,the speed of honing head reciprocating will affect the acoustic field of ultrasonic cavitation to a certain extent.2 Based on the above established mathematical model of the sound field,the influence of power ultrasonic vibration honing environment and sound field parameters on the motion process of the single cavitation bubble is studied.Results indicate that the initial cavitation bubble size,ultrasonic amplitude,liquid medium,the reciprocating velocity of the honing head and the honing pressure will greatly influence the movement process of cavitation bubble and increase the intensity of cavitation bubble movement.However,the ultrasonic frequency and the rotary speed of honing head have little influence on the cavitation bubble movement.3 The ultrasonic cavitation sound field caused by the ultrasonic honing vibration system is measured by the hydrophone,and the cavitation effect is measured by the aluminum foil corrosion method.The correctness of the mathematical model and the numerical simulation of the third chapter are verified.In the sound field,the pressure value decreases with the increase of distance,and the cavitation effect on the aluminum foil paper decreases with the decrease of the sound pressure value.The amplitude of ultrasonic vibration amplitude is increased,and the sound pressure value of cavitation field is obviously increased.Changing the liquid medium can also affect the acoustic pressure of cavitation and the intensity of cavitation effect.Increasing cavitation effect will increase the number of cavitation pits and the density.
