Mercury was polluted in many production and life because of its special naturemm.Mercury may flow with tht atmospheric and the sea in the whole world. Since,Japan's Minamata disease was incidented in the1990s,mercury as a global pollutant material has been widespread concerned and researched.The research about mercury have penetrated from the total mercury's determination into the shape mercury analysis.Many technological means and methods are used.The ICP-MS is more sensitivite,higher analysis precision,wider analytical dement scope,more quick than the other methods.At present this technology already by widely used in materials and life sciences for analysis on many kind of samples.The present paper divides into three parts:1,The artical introduced the physical and chemical properties of mercury,the main application,the mercury pollution's important source;the mercury environmental pollution present situation,the mercury pollution to the human harm and the mercury prevention and control of pollution,and so on.2,The analysis method research on determination total mercury in aquatic products by ICP-MS:(1)The conditions which samples were digested by microwave digestion system was studied.This paper has tested parameters about the temperature,the pressure and the resolution time for the aquatic products microwave resolution;has analyzed the result compared with the influence of the different sour medium.(2)The working conditions(detection parameters and tuning parameters and the plasma mass spectrometer)have been optimized.(3)The influence of the mass spectrum disturbance and the non-mass spectrum disturbance,the oxide compound and the double charge have been studied.(4)An analysis method was set up base on the determination of the total mercury in aquatic product by microwave digestion-ICP-MS,.3,The method determinating methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in the aquatic beings by HPLC-ICP-MS:(1) HPLC-ICP-MS online technology was researched.We have get the best experimental conditions.(2)The optimal chromatograph condition was established through abundant tests.We have tested the many experiments which were compared with the different model's C18 chromatographic column,the flowing speed,pH and the methyl alcohol content to the mercury shape's separation performance.(3) The sample pre-treatment condition were researched.The sample preparation is one of the most important steps in the mercury morphological analysis.The aquatic product component is quite complex.The experiments have compared the familiar used acid pickling formulation and the alkali soaks the formulation the extraction effect.It has studied the influence about the microwave auxiliary extraction and the ultrasonic wave auxiliary extraction.We have choosed the alkali system microwave auxiliary extraction as the optimal condition.At last,we have studied the concentration condition and the purification condition.(4) We have established the alkali system - microwave microwave to distill and determinate the methyl mercury and the ethyl mercury in aquatic product by the HPLC-ICP-MS.The qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis was determined through the chromatograph peak's retention time and the peak area.We have determined the methyl mercury content of two standard substances(DORM-2,DOLT-3).It was equal to the certificated results.(5) The method was validated in the laboratory and outside the laboratory for the method the accuracy and detection limitts.
