Since twenty centuries, science and technology develops unceasingly at full speed, in a lot of fields such as strong magnetic field magnet coil winding, the large-scale integrated circuit fuse frame and aerial high speed electric locomotive conducting wire, correct electric conduction material the intensity and the electric conduction ability have brought forward more and more high call for, many have the good function conductor alloy therefore unceasingly, being studied and developed. In this paper, with adjusting the sputtering conditions, high quality of Ag-Cu thin films are prepared by co-sputtering. When the other sputting conditions are certain, we found that when the heating temperature of the substrate is 100 degree or 200 degree, the Ag-Cu alloys is formed. And when the heating temperature of the substrate is above 300 degree, decomposition occurred and returned the system to phase separated Ag and Cu.SEM and AFM are used to get the top view of the films, characteristic of the film are analysed by XRD and XPS. It has provide a new thought for us when we study the alloy.Raman spectrum using photon as probe is a vibrating spectrum related directly to the molecular structure, which is known as the fingerprint spectrum of material structures. Any tiny changes of structures can be sensitively reflected in Raman spectrum; therefore, it is widely used in physics, chemistry, biology and law fields of molecular structure, quality control, archaeology and so on.However, in general, Raman signals are very weak. Therefore, the developments of Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) technique greatly enhance the scatter section, leading to the improvement of sensitivity. In this paper, the silver quantum dots whose diameter is about 80nm were prepared successfully on the AAO template with the method of magnetron sputtering by adjusting the conditions of sputting pressure, sputting electricity and the heating temperature of the substrates. Quantum dots whose diameter is the same as AAO template have uniform size, consistent and highly ordered nano-holes. The silver quantum dots as the substrate of Surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy (SERS) were studied using PHBA as a probe. And we also got the Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) spectra of very good quality of fullerene on the substrate of sputting gold film. By studing the difference between the Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) spectra of C60/C70 in the gold colloid and on the substrate of sputting gold film, it provides convenience for probing the interaction between C60/C70 and gold film. And it also provides a new method for researching the property of fullerene films.
