Cnc Machine Tools Based On The Soft Plug-networking Technology Research

The network management of NC machine tool and the information integration of workshop are the basis for realizing the information of production manufacturing enterprise and play a key important role in manufacturing industry information process.The research of NC machine tools network platform and interface technology is National defence basis scientific research project that No.58 Research Institute of China Ordnance Industries bears.The thesis described the project background, application value, and information process of manufacturing industry. It also briefly introduced the principles of CIMS, FMS, and DNC systems and maily. Aimed at the Current situation and need of NC machine tool network management and NC machine tool network management and workshop integrated., it put forward the realization method based on software configuration. It discussed the hardware design, software function and software algorithm design of NC machine tool network management system. It also briefly introduced the other application system and their functions of manufacturing workshop local management system.The project design and development are realized according to the following steps:1. Put forward the general design scheme and target of machine tool network management system based on the management system and manufacturing mode of enterprises.2. Based on analyzing communication interface and communication protocol, put forward the heterogeneous NC system integrated scheme to solve the communication conflict problem, realize the network management of NC tool. Analyze compiling, reviewing, locking and stereotype of NC program, realize NC program management, and provides convenience for storing, inquiring, calling and process tracing back of NC program.3. Based on the modularization of essential functions and the research of software configuration technology and application system dynamic generation technology, develops the software platform for forming application system dynamically.4. With JBuider 9.0 development environment and SQL Server 2000 database support, We accomplished the system development in B/S mode, which was successfully applied with good fulfillment in No.58 Research Institute Manufactory, Chengdu Jinglin Company Precision Manufactory, and Sichuan Deyang Color Mental Cast Manufactory.In this project, the author was responsible for design and realization of NC machine tool network management and software configuration, and also participated in the system's application. The system is applied and tested in manufacturing, and the results showed that the system was effectively. The system also passed the examination of the experts. It received the scientific and technological advance rewards of China South Industries Group Corperation and the Commission of Science. During the developing process, I had also taken charge of writing The National Military Standards of Normal Machine Tool Network Management System which has already promulgated and implemented.
