After our coutry accedes to WTO, according to agreement that our country opens to the overseas pharmacy corporations; the new competition has already beginning.But the widening gap about the medicine packaging between our country and developed country. The machine of medicine powder packaging is the object in this paper which studies the applicatin of computer Control Technology on the medicine packaging. The subpackage equipment is one of the key equipment and the most important part of control is the motion control system.This paper takes the antibiotic powder packaging as object and studies the subpackage system based on the applicatin of computer control technique. This system uses the equal volume theory, with the screw propeller subpackage the medicine powder. This system is compose of the front turntable (the machine of medicine bottle taxis), subpackage head (the load machine of medicine powder), the turntable of bottle output, the press piston (the top and the capper),the behind turntable and so on. It can load the eight bottles at the same time. The orientation of delivering bottle tray and the stir are all drived by step motor, in order to carry out the requirement motion. The material feeding and so on is controlled by AC servo motor which is respectively fixed. On the basis of the locale sense signal, every working procedure and even the whole system is autocontrol which they are open or not. Due to human-machine interface instruction and each sense signal, the whole machine sends out steering command which is according to the preconcert software and completes functional requirement.Based on the computer control technique and the recent development of motion control technique, the application of the motion control technique on the subpackage equipment for medicine powder is studied in this paper. All the key technology are studied in this paper as followed. (1) the characteristic and applications of the step motor, the digital AC servo motor and linear motor are researched in detail, and their control technique are elaborate..(2) Some of key problems are simplely analyze such as the impulse equal computation, the definement of transmission ratio and the computation of moment of inertia, and the technical requirements of the motion control system and the design method of mechanical system are discussed(3) According to the design philosophy such as laying stress on the practicability, guaranteeing the reliability, taking the progress into account and having maintainability, the hardware unit mainly chooses the mature product and the software is design by the technological process and the equipment require.In the end, the tasks of this paper are summarized and the farther research direction expectation is brought forward.
