Important basic work is to analyse and predict coastal hydrodynamic behaviors and water pollution situations with hydrodynamics and water quality model.Visualization in Scientific Computing (ViSC) is an important method in coastal water quality research. It helps us improve the efficiency of data processing, and show the observation data and numerical model results By Explicit visualization, deepen the understanding of phenomena. This paper introduces ViSC technology into coastal research, and achieves the coastal water quality model visualization system.it has realistic importance and applied value. This paper discusses how to build the coastal hydrodynamics and water quality model, and how to integrate model and interface, and how to make model result visualization.Model established:This model based on south of Dapeng byland wastewater disposal project.hydrodynamics model is used to simulate the coastal hydrodynamics behaviors, and water quality model is used to predict XiYong Bay and outside bay pollution transporting and dispersion. Finally Analyses the impact after wastewater discharge by different location.Based on the present water quality, water quality model is established to predict allowing quantity of water pollutant. total quantity control and setting dilution zone projects are brought forward to reduce coastal pollution and provide science basis for coastal management and exploitation.Integration:The integration of model and interface is based on Visual Basic computer language and realized by mixed programming in VB and Fortran.this paper chooses VB calling Fortran program after contrasting the tow programming method.Visualization:Secondary development of Surfer software by VB is used to draw and display current and concentration picture.
