Anti-finger print treatment is an important method to enhance the added value of galvanized steel sheet. Traditional treating method using 6-valent chromium had been weeded since its huge toxicity to the environment. From this point of view, the development of a new eco-environmental anti-fingerprint treating solution becomes a hot spot of anti-fingerprint technology now.In this thesis, crylic acid, organic silane and polyurethane were employed as main compositions in the new anti-fingerprint treating solution. Through the study of the ratio of three compositions, it was found that the new anti-fingerprint treating solution which contains crylic acid, organic silane and polyurethane at the ratio of 3:6:1 showed the best performance. Further investigation of the optimized treating solution in coating weight, drying temperature, anti-corrosion property, anti-solvent property, anti-blacking property and anti-yellowing property, we concluded that the galvanized steel sheet with the coating weight at 1.2 g/m~2 and drying temperature at 100-120℃exhibited an outstanding performance.Compared with former anti-fingerprint treating solution under SONY Company's standard, our new eco-environmental treating solution had a similar performance and, moreover, a remarkable enhancement in anti-sweat property and anti-base property, which was rather promising in industrial application.
