This is an article that concerns the experimental research on the technology of purifying ultrafine particle emulsified suspension by using inorganic ceramic UF membranes.It puts forward a direct method of purifying the emulsified suspension with ultrafine particle with the dynamic membrane which is formed by pretreating the inorganic ceramic membrane with the big hole.Raw material liquid was configurted into the pretreatment fluid with nano-Al(OH)3 powder.The formation of dynamic membrane implemented the membrane pore refinement by the membrane pretreatment.The effect of the operating mode on the stable existence of the dynamic membrane was discussed and the effects of operating parameters(transmembrane pressure,crossflow velocity and the concentration of emulsified suspension) on the separate efficiencies of membrane were investigated.The optimum separation technology was obtained:operating temperature 10~25℃,membrane inlet pressure 0.1MPa,membrane outlet pressure at 0.05~0.053MPa,membrane flow rate 2.1~2.5m / s.The regenerative technology of membranes fouled by ultrafine particle emulsified suspension was discussed. The physical cleaning technology is proposed that the fouled membrane is cleaned by using the low concentration fluid or the infiltrate cleaning fluid.The infiltrate cleaning fluid cleans the membrane for 2 to 3 hours after membrane normally works for 20~21 hours every day,membrane flux should remains stable at 83~86L /(m·h),the oil removal rate remains 99.6%and solids removal rate is above 98%.Membrane operates normally without chemical cleaning in 7 days. Physical cleansing did not undermine the dynamic membrane and not produce secondary pollution.The physical cleaning technology can not only basically restore the membrane flux, but also can significantly extend the chemical cleaning cycle and extend the membrane life. The regeneration process of the serious fouled membrane due to non-normal operation used chemical cleaning methods.According to the nature of pollutants,the appropriate chemical reagents were selected,the mixture membrane cleaning agents were matched and the fouled membrane was cleaned alternately.After cleaning membrane flux returned to 96%or more of the original stable flux,the cleaning technology of fouled membrane was effectively solved. The mathematical model of ultrafiltration on ultrafine particle emulsified suspension with ultrafine particle was established;The calculation results perfectly coincided with the results of ultrafrational process.This shows that the model had a high reliability and practical values and the course of this study is the controlling processes of the dynamic membrane,the dynamic membrane determines the separation effect of membrane effective filtration...
