Improvements In Research, Fireworks Storage And Transportation Of Blasting Performance Testing And Transport Of Dangerous Grading Method

To study the explosive performance of fireworks ,this paper established technology of measurement explosive performance of fireworks ,which based on the analysis of explosive performance parameters of fireworks; By the studying of explosive performance and analysis of method of classification, this paper offered the advanced method of classification.By the analysis of the transport explosive performance of fireworks, this paper set up the measure of explosive temperature and press, used thermocouple and pressure sensor, then we investigated the explosive performance of fireworks. The result indicated: fireworks is initiated by heat and shock wave and impact, moreover spread mostly by heat and shock wave; the mechanism of react and propagation is influenced by intension of restrict and mode of packing, the fireworks will react violently and propagate fast if restricted strict; the velocity of holistic explosive is very rapid when the fireworks is initiated by shock wave, but the speed of react and spread is slower when initiated by hot radiation.The study of transport hazard of fireworks is based on the research of its explosive performance. According to the UN 6 test series, we made the classification tests on star shell 6 packed in the wood box. The results indicates: the wood box has no effect on the decrease of hazard division; The UN 6 test series is effective on hazard division, but which need much effort and time and cost, so it is disadvantageous for inspection especially during the exit fastigium . To resolve the problem, the correlative departments have compiled a default classification table. Through theory analysis and test, it has mistake on the ensure on flash powder. Therefore, according as the explosive theory and test ,this paper put forward advanced method of the ensure on the flash powder and made pilot study on TNT equivalence of fireworks.
