In this paper, using hypoxia / aerobic process and coagulation decolor phosphorus removal process experiments from Industrial Park in Jiaodong, a pilot study is carried on the actual sewage. It mainly include the hypoxia / aerobic process and later coagulation. The effects of nitrogen removal are studied. The sludge load, temperature, reflux ratio, residence time are discussed the impact of the treatment effect. After determining the optimum parameters in the sewage, we make the municipal test to inspection system stability. Then by coagulation test the best coagulant and the optimum conditions are chosen for coagulation. Mainly it comes to the following conclusions.1,Respectively carrying out biochemical tests with the sewage after anoxic treatment and the sewage from infall, it found that hypoxia is the longer, biodegradability is the better. And when the hypoxia time from 4h to 8h , the biodegradability changes from 0.31 to 0.33.And when the hypoxia time is 10h,the biodegradability is 0.38. For improving efficiency, the hypoxia time is 4 hours.2,By changing the sludge concentration, reaction time and the water volume adjustment sludge load on the system, denitrification effect is studied by load of sludge. Sludge load is in the fluctuations of 0.0191-0.0385 kgCOD / kgMLSS·d, TN removal is 80%, it can be highly efficient operation of reactor, the effects of nitrogen significantly.3,Temperature effect is studied on the impact of the reactor. Under the conditions of low temperature( 15℃,anaerobic time is 4h and aerobic time is 8h),the effect of denitrification have a little decrease comparing with nature temperature. But it can meet the system's requirements. Description of the reactor in Jimo in climatic conditions can be stable operation.4,In addition to COD found in low-temperature conditions slightly exceeded the standard, it need further treatment, municipal test can stable operation.5,Coagulation bleaching test by considering color as a major indicator, a coagulant Tianshui poly aluminum is selected in the paper. The best dosage is the 100-150 vote g/m~3. The best pH has different values to different quality. The best influent pH range is 7 to 11, the supernatant optimum pH range is 5 to 8, the test selects7-8, the best time of mixing water varies in the 10~20 min to different quality, the choice of pilot is for 15 min.6,By the end of September to mid-October , the test is carried by the chemical phosphorus removal, we use the selection Tianshui poly aluminum by the pharmaceutical decolorization coagulation tests .The test water samples is from the local water and A/O model tests of the water in Jiaozhou. Under the conditions of the optimum pH (7-8), the best chemical dosage (100mg/m~3) and the best mixing time (10-20min), we monitor the outflow TP, color, CODcr. Putting Tianshui poly aluminum into the aeration supernatant and the actual water , the removal rate is more than 80%, TP concentration in the outflow is below 0.5 mg / L, which meets the emission standard.
