At present,Eutrophication is one of the prominent environmental problem in our country, and in the process of treatment, how to deal with and reuse of the water is urgenttasks.China’s new "standard of sewagecomprehensive discharge"(GB8978-2002) required by the A standard water phosphorus content is less than 0.5 mg/L,and B standard of less than 1 mg/L.In the existing removal methods of phosphorus, mainly have two kinds of chemical method and biological method. Biological method can reach basic discharge standards to low concentration of phosphorus processing, but to the high concentration of phosphorus processing is very difficult to achieve discharge standard, biological method also has the problem of secondary pollution, And chemicall method can remove phosphorus effectively and the effect is good, operate is stable, and can guarantee the quality of the output water. In this study, the samples water is Taihe Plant circulating water, because the water as a corrosion inhibitor were added to the organic phosphorus, so we need process the organic phosphorus in wastewater, as four commonly used coagulant respectively:ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate and magnesium chloride, the effects of reaction conditions and the dosage of the treatment, the advantages and disadvantages of various flocculants, which can be based on water quality, select the appropriate flocculant to make wastewater TP reached the national emission standards, as well as in terms of economic considerations, choose a suitable flocculant. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The optimum reaction of Sodium persulfate oxidation to organophosphorus ATMP conditions were:temperature of 100 ℃, the oxidizing agent is at a concentration of 400m/L and a reaction time of 10min, as measured 0.895mg/L under conditions with phosphorus concentration of 40mg/L, the ATMP oxidation rate can reach 96%.(2) By treated three kinds of organic phosphorus ATMP, HEDP and PBTCA under the best treatment conditions respectively with ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate and magnesium chloride, All organic phosphorus removal efficiency are more than 90% and the TP are less than 0.25m/L, reached an a emission standards 0.5mg/L.(3) In use of ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate and magnesium chloride respectively to process concentration of phosphorus in Taihe industrial circulating water samples ①. Which is in best coagulant dosage and pH optimum processing conditions, and treated with a spectrophotometer by measuring the concentration of phosphorus in national standard method, total phosphorus concentration after treatment respectively were 0.536 mg/L,0.510 mg/L,0.238 mg/L and 0.715 mg/L. It can be seen that the treatment effect is:aluminum sulfate> ferric> ferrous sulfate> chloride aluminum, only sulfate can achieve an A emission standards,Therefore, you can use aluminum sulfate as the best Taihe pharmaceutical treatment of high phosphorus in water samples①.(4) In use of ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate and magnesium chloride respectively to process concentration of phosphorus in Taihe industrial circulating water samples②. Which is in best coagulant dosage and pH optimum processing conditions, and treated with a spectrophotometer by measuring the concentration of phosphorus in national standard method, total phosphorus concentration after treatment respectively were 0.399 mg/L,0.386 mg/L,0.196mg/L and 0.486mg/L. It can be seen the four coagulant all can reach A emission standards. Considerations for economic, ferrous sulfate can be used pharmaceutical treatment to low phosphorus in Taihe water samples②.
