With the improvement of the people's living level, the demand of the aquatic has been increasing year by year. Nowadays most of aquatic product processing enterprises have simple processing equipment and low levels of technology production process of pollutants.Due to the lack of the discharge standard of pollutant for aquatic product processing enterprise. At present, aquatic product processing enterprises carry out comprehensive national discharge standard. But this standard is earlier and covers a wider range of aquatic products processing, and no relevance to aquatic product processing enterprises, it is not adapt to the situation of characteristics of aquatic products processing waste.In 2006,《the "11th five-year plan" of the state environmental protection standard planning》issued by the state environmental protection administration. This plan required for formulating the discharge standards of pollutants for aquatic product, project numbers is 2006-432. The paper according to the standards for task sources, through collecting much aquatic producing information and related data, and on-the-spot investigation aquatic product processing enterprise. According to the characteristic of aquatic product industry, the living level of people, environment and geographical conditions of our coutry. Study and establish the discharge standards of pollutant for aquatic products industry. Through the experiment. study on the process of aquatic products processing wastewater treatment effect and the optimal processing conditions, and benefit analysis. For the preparation of the discharge standards of pollutant for aquatic products industry provide technical and economic support.The research showed that, Using "coagulation sedimentation+hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation" process aquatic products processing wastewater. When coagulant selects Fe2(SO3)3 and the suitable concentration is 150mg/L, the suitable concentration of PAM is 10mg/L. hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation process of hydraulic retention time for 21h, temperature for 25℃, air for 3.5 mg/l, water treatment effect is good. CODcr average concentration of water less than 65mg/L, ammonia water average concentration of water less than 26.5mg/L, phosphorus concentration of water less than 1.0mg/L.Our products manufactured accorded to 17 million tons by 2008, product displacement according to 12m3/t. This standard enterprise according to the highest emissions limits, compared to most of the enterprise implementation of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) ,Cut rates in pollutants are: CODcr: 75%, SS: 82.5%, NH3-N: 77.5%, TP: 62.5%, Animal and vegetable oils: 60.8%, Tons of products in displacement rate is 62.5%.
