There are many fields related to the particle flow, such as medicine, ceramics, cement, coal, metallurgy, grocery, energy, chemistry etc. Ore pluging, bonding and arching often occurred when drawing. Not only seriously affected the normal production, but also bring about security problems. This thesis is based on ore drawing theory and granular mechanics theory. Combination of similarity theory,we designed experimental model, and carryed out bottom ore drawing experiment, reproduced the process of drawing at the scene, identified the impact of ore drawing factors and others. We simulate ore drawing under different conditions by using 'Discrete Element Method' software. Obtained the same result with physical modeling experiments. Demonstrated simulation experiment correctness. Provided an important theoretical basis for high viscous incompact ore-rock flow-aiding mechanism researching and hopper rebuilding .According to above-mentioned results, this thesis combine with the 'Aluminum Corporation Of China Limited' approval project'Research Of Mine Crushing Station Ore Bins Drawing Technic'. Proposed that use overhanged flow-aiding instruments in hopper and the 'Super-high Molecular Weight Polythene' sheets as the hopper inner surface scaleboard to improve the ore fluidity. We achieved the desired results in the industrial experiment. The release rate reaches more than 95%, safety indicators reaches 100%.We simulate again, not only verified the conclusion of industrial experiment, but also optimized ore drawing program. Theory and practice studies indicated that the research results for solving ore pluging, bonding and arching, provided a theoretical basis for solving practical engineering problems. At the same time had an important economic and social benefits and also had application value for engineering problems related.
