The study of the controling techniques of ore drawing based on the best economic dynamic removal ore grade is a task of great significance and research value. The fall ore and rock keeps in touch directly in caving mining method. As extracted ore under covering rock, if structure of stope parameter set free improper, it is easy to cause relatively heavy ore lose and ore dilution. Resources are wasted to arise from this, and results in low economic benefits. However, Research of studying fall flow character and law of ore drawing and reduce ore losing and dilution, have extremely important meanings in improving the economic benefits of mine.The flow characteristics of ore-drawing and the effects of flow law have been studied, which are based on the related theories. The contents of the research for the flow law can be divided into two Part after analyzing the heterogeneity of ore-rock granules:one Part is the research of the whole flow of ore-rock granules, another is the research of the Penetrate of small granules.Based on the ellipsoid theory, the effects of oer-orck fragmentation to the law of ore-drawing have been researched. In the paper, it has been analyzed that the effects of ore-rock fragmentation to the law of ore-drawing and the hanging-up of ores to the dilution of ore-drawing based on the experiments.The optimal economic dynamic removal ore grade models are established using the data of synthetical cost of mining (including mining, drawing, transaction), synthetical cost of oredressing, recovery rate and dilution rate, ore grade based on the element can be extractive(including the principle elements grade and others can be recovered ), high grade ore price based on the profit and loss balance concept.In order to provide the reference for the formulation of drawing rules and the solution to controlling the drawing, the drawing capacity of single funnel and multi-funnel is confirmed according to the dynamic connection between removal ore grade and the drawing capacity of single funnel and multi-funnel and the curve for the dynamic nexus between the critical grade and high grade ore price.The drawing rules for controlling the indices of dilution and loss rate is formulated includes the rules for the equilibrium of drawing in each funnel before the height of drawing achieved the utmost point, the technique and solution to postpone the start pit of ore dilution of drawing, order of drawing of funnels after ore dilution, the standard of the capacity of drawing at last time of each funnel under the current price of high grade ore.The management system -"The administration based on the collaboration of the total of removal ore and the critical grade" is put forward considering the huge stope, the pillar with high grade ore, and low grade ore upside with large caving of overburden etc in ShiZuYuan mine. Attributed to the management system, the phenomenon that the fake dilution was advanced, ore was besieged etc. which result in ore loss was reduced, hence, the recovery rate was enhanced; Duing to the subtly administration to the stope and the emphases on the enhancement and management of ore recovery, the quantity of work and ore for mining preparation is significantly saved.
