This paper reviewed the preparation of Nanoparticles TiO2 and application it on dye sensitive solar cell and photodegradation of methyl orange dye.Nanoparticles film of TiO2 were synthesized by sol-gel,heat treatment technique.Dye-sensitized nanocrystalline solar cell is fabricated and characterized,the deposition of Pt on TiO2 nanoparticles film on the photodegradation of methyl orange dye is studiedThe titanate films were characterized with scanning electron microscope(SEM),Atom force microscope(AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The average lengths of these nanotubes are 20 nm.It was observed that the open circuit voltage(Voc) in all the cases was0.7 V, photocurrent density is 1.8mA,Conversion efficiency is 1.28%with incident radiation intensityadjusted to AM-1.5.The best condition is annealed at 450℃for 90min,Adsorption time is 12h,the film thin is 900nm.Nanoparticles film of TiO2 were synthesized by sol-gel technique on the FTO and the Pt on TiO2 particles film was carried out by thermal decomposition.Pt/TiO2 thin films was characterized by XRD,SEM.The Pt/TiO2 catalyst was evaluated for their photocatalytic activity towards the degradation of methyl orange dye under visible light irradiations.The result show the best H2PtCl6 concentration of form film H2PtCl6 is 2.5×10-4mol/L.the results of photocatalytic activity were compared with synthesized nano-TiO2 and the enhanced degradation was12%.It also prove the Schottky potential barrier between Pt/TiO2 can enhance the photocatalytic activity obvious.TiO2thin films were prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis deposition method on the FTO substrate.The properties and the structure of the films were characterized by XRD etc.The effects of various deposition parameters on the structure,such as solution concentration, substrate temperature,height and doping substance etc,were discussed in details.The optimal parameters of the experiment as follows:the solution concentration was 1×10-5mol/L,the substrate temperature was 450℃,the deposition time was 120min,the height is 15cm,and the annealing temperature and time of the TiO2 thin films were 450℃and 60min,respectively.The TiO2 thin films deposited under such conditions displayed perfect performances in adsorption and conversion efficiency. The best parameters of the experiment as follows:he open circuit voltage (Voc) in all the cases was0.7V,photocurrent density is 3.76mA, Conversion efficiency is 2.4%with incident radiation intensity adjusted. The doping concentration of ZnO,CdO was controlled in our experiments.The result showed that conversion efficiency of ZnO is 3.9%,CdO is lower.ZnO is a better doping substances...
