Photocatalytic oxidation technology is a new degradation technology.It is a complement of the biological treatment method. Because it might be possible to use solar energy, which can reduce the operation cost, so it has a good application prospect for solve the pollution completely, and it provides a new method.Advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by the science of light- catalyzed reaction using TiO2/AC photocatalyst, and SEM were used to characterize the pore structure and surface morphology.Through the orthogonal array experiments,we can know the different degree of impact on the treatment effection. It was pH, then the number of times of catalyst load,the time of using the light, photocatalyst dosage. At the optimal conditions,the effluent COD reached 50mg/ L, chroma reached 2,all met the reuse requirements of printing and dyeing water.On the basis of experiment,we have done the dynamic analysis. And explore the deactivation and regeneration of TiO2/AC photocatalyst, analyzes the influencing factors of regeneration (regeneration temperature, the time of using the light, times of regeneration, pH value, etc.), and do verification of the effect of regenerative experiment.Dynamics is discussed on the initial COD waste degradation rate in wastewater, the different initial COD do not influence the photocatalytic oxidation degradation rate a lot, the degradation rate of 105 COD is slightly higher than the COD for 310 decomposition rate, the probably reason is the waste water of high COD has high chroma, it may affect light transmittance and the catalytic oxidation degradation of light. And we also do some research in the three types of dynamic model and apparent rate constant. The study can prove TiO2/AC composite photocatalyst of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment effect is not only the depth of TiO2 and activated carbon.It has further proved the theory of TiO2 synergistic action of carbon before.The temperature has some remarkable effects on the regeneration of TiO2/AC photocatalyst. The regeneration rate can even reach 92.5 percent.TiO2/AC photocatalyst regeneration rate grows with the regeneration time increases, but increase gradually slow.Along with the time of light,photocatalytic reactions constantly,but the amount of adsorbate on activated carbon is getting small,so regeneration rate is growing slowly.Considering the cost,we chose for 48 hours of using light,In this study,after the fourth regeneration, regeneration rate fell to 40 percent,generally speaking, the most frequency of regeneration is 2 times,pH is relatively complicated of regeneration effect in alkaline conditions. According to the research,we chose 10,and at this time the regeneration rate is the highest.This research is on the base of the theory about photocatalytic oxidation in-depth processing on printing and dyeing wastewater, the purpose is to invent the efficient TiO2/AC composite photocatalyst and do a series of related research, summarizes the regularity and conclusions for the further research and practical application provides some beneficial guidance.
